Abstract

|
This study, health care providers in terms of medical Classification according to the hospital who work in doctors and administrative staff surveyed the national health insurance dissatisfaction factors and the private health insurance coverage necessary factor in the national health insurance satisfaction and private medical insurance analyzed the impact of the introduction of the need. Total of 246 people responded falsely to remove 18 of 228 valid questionnaires people were used to achieve the research objectives. National Health Insurance Satisfaction medical institutional analysis, there were differences in the reasons for national health insurance dissatisfaction among the nursing agency forces, bill payments in the delay that showed no significant difference. Classification healthcare organizations need private health insurance in the introduction did not difference. Require private health insurance coverage showed significant differences in item. The need for private health insurance coverage in a relationship, satisfaction, impact on the larger health screening services for the more satisfaction will increase. Impact on the introduction of private health insurance needs in a relationship, an optional service, health screenings show a statistically significant effect. In conclusion, private health care provide needs from the perspective of national health insurance dissatisfaction and the government`s policy development. and enable the private insurance company`s product development and marketing strategy to provide the basic data.
